Account information (email, name), billing details processed by our payment providers, call metadata (numbers dialed, duration, timestamps), call recordings if you enable recording, and basic device/usage analytics.

3. How We Use Information

To deliver and improve our services, route calls, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.

4. Sharing

We share data with telecom carriers strictly to route your calls, with infrastructure and analytics providers under data processing agreements, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and call metadata while your account is active and as required by law. Call recordings remain in your account until you delete them.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Security

All calls are encrypted in transit. Data at rest is encrypted on managed infrastructure with strict access controls.
