The agreement between you and Lumifone.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lumifone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Lumifone provides browser-based voice calling, SMS, dedicated phone numbers, call recording, CRM, and team-management features. Features and pricing may change with notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Lumifone for fraud, harassment, spam, illegal robocalls, or any activity that violates applicable telecom and consumer-protection laws (including TCPA, GDPR, and similar). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Per-minute usage is metered and billed against included minutes or your wallet balance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Call Recording & Consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording calls in your jurisdiction.
6. Termination
You can cancel any time from your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Lumifone in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
